Terms & House Rules

These terms apply to any ticket bought for, and any participation in, an event organised by Servus Strangers. They sit alongside the terms of the ticketing platform (Eventbrite), which handle payment.

Servus Strangers is operated by Georgiy Seibel e.U., Nordportalstraße 2, 1020 Vienna, Austria — see Impressum for full details.

2. Tickets, prices and payment

3. Right of withdrawal & refunds

5. House rules / Code of conduct

Servus Strangers is built on safety and kindness. By attending, you agree to the following — they're short and we mean them:

Reports go to hello@propagandas.at and are handled confidentially.

6. Photos & video at the event

We may take photos and short videos for marketing of Servus Strangers (Instagram, website, press). If you don't want to appear, tell the host on arrival and we'll respect that. You can also ask us to remove an existing image by email anytime — see Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

Personal belongings are your responsibility. Servus Strangers is liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence, as allowed under Austrian law. Statutory liability for personal injury, life and health is not limited.

8. Changes

We may change the venue, time or format of an event for operational reasons, and we'll communicate any change as soon as possible. Material changes give you the right to a refund.

9. Applicable law & venue

Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict‑of‑laws rules and the UN Sales Convention (CISG). For consumers, mandatory consumer‑protection provisions of your habitual residence remain unaffected. Place of jurisdiction for non‑consumers is Vienna.
